Do I need to pre-book my session?

Yes!  We recommend that all students (both New and Members) PRE-BOOK their spot to avoid disappointment, as spaces are very limited.

  • All Sessions PRE-PAID *Pricing* (TRIAL / MEMBERSHIP).
  • No Walk-In available at the moment

 

Cancellation/No-Show Policy

We understand that plans change and in the event, you need to cancel your reservation. No-Shows or Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled class start time will result in the;

  • Loss of One (1) Pass

We ask that each student takes responsibility for their booking so that others can have a spot.

 

Yoga Etiquette

  • Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your session
  • Check-in and Scan the QR Code
  • Unplug and please Silence your phone
  • Do not bring any Personal Belongings in the yoga space - Lockers and Cubby are provided for valuables
  • Observe Silence in the yoga room
  • Have fun!

I have an injury. Can I still do yoga?

Everyone is different so we always recommend that you first consult with your doctor before attending class if you have an injury or medical condition. Further, you can always contact us to inquire which sessions are better suited for you given your injury/condition If you've received the go-ahead from your Doc.

 

I am pregnant. Can I still do yoga?

We do not offer prenatal classes and do not recommend taking up a group yoga session for the first time during pregnancy.
